What can be refunded depends on how far the application has gone. Tell us as early as you can — the earlier the stage, the more can be returned.

By stage

Before we submit the application: write to us to cancel. Our team confirms the refundable amount to you in writing before anything is processed.
After the application has been submitted: the government or embassy fee has been paid to the authority, which generally does not return it — whatever its decision. Our team tells you what, if anything, remains refundable.
If the visa is refused: a refusal is the authority’s decision; its fee is generally not returned by it.
If we cannot file your application at all: tell us and we will review the full amount with you.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email or write to info@offlinebooking.com or +91 89000 00899 with your application number (it starts with VA). Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
