A visa application cannot be made without personal documents. This page says plainly what we hold and what we do with it.

What we collect

For each traveller: name, date of birth, passport details, a passport front-page image, a photo, and any further document the destination country requires.
For the person applying: an email address and a phone number, so we can send receipts and updates.
Payment is taken by a payment gateway. We receive confirmation of the payment; we do not store your card number.

What we use it for

To prepare, check and submit the visa application you asked for, to tell you how it is progressing, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who sees it

Our visa team.
The embassy, immigration authority or official visa centre of the country you apply to — that is the purpose of the application.

Documents are stored privately, are not publicly reachable, and open only through links that expire. We do not sell your information.

Your choices
