Questions travellers ask us
Who decides whether my visa is approved?
The embassy or immigration authority of the country you are visiting. ConfirmVisa prepares your application, checks your documents and submits it; we cannot approve a visa and we never promise one.
Which passports can apply here?
The prices and document lists on this site are for Indian passport holders.
How many countries can I apply for?
57 countries today, of which 31 issue an e-Visa. Countries are added or paused as their rules change.
What do I need before I can pay?
A clear photo or scan of your passport front page and a passport-style photo for every traveller. Each country page lists anything further that country asks for.
What does the price include?
The price is per traveller and covers the government or embassy fee together with our service charge. It is shown in full before you pay.
How long will it take?
Each country page shows how long applications usually take, in working days, counted from the day your documents are complete. These are estimates: the authority can take longer, especially around holidays.
How do I follow my application?
After payment you receive an email with a private link to your application page. It shows the current stage, and we email you whenever the stage changes or a document is still needed.
Who sees my passport and documents?
Your files are stored privately and are opened by our visa team only to prepare and submit your application. They are not shown publicly and each file opens through a link that expires.
Do I need to visit an embassy?
For an e-Visa, no — the whole application is online. For embassy and sticker visas it depends on the country: some need an appointment, biometrics or the original passport. We tell you exactly what applies once your documents are checked.
