How an application moves, step by step
- Choose the country and dates. The country page shows the price per traveller, the usual time and the documents before you commit to anything.
- Add travellers and upload documents. A passport front page and a photo for each traveller, plus anything else that country lists.
- Pay once. You receive a receipt and a private link to your application page.
- We check, then file. Our visa team reviews every file. If something is missing or unclear we ask you for it; when it is complete, we submit the application.
- The authority decides. We email you the outcome and it also appears on your application page.
What you can see while you wait
Your application page shows the current stage: paid, documents under review, more documents needed, submitted, and finally approved or refused. Each change also reaches you by email.
What we do not do
- We do not decide visas and cannot influence the decision.
- We do not promise dates. The times shown are what applications usually take.
- We do not submit an application we know to be incomplete.
